I, richard sellers, director general of the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(4) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, revoke the notice published in the gazette on 1 march 2022 and 23 april 2024 which declared, under section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012 — land surrounding the donnybrook mine shafts, situated on crown land approximately 2km south of donnybrook. being the land shown hatched in black set out in the schedule.
