Notice is hereby given to Mr Darren McSaul of 4/9 Toms Court, Bayswater WA 6053, that an application has been made by Kwinana Performance (Sherwood Hamer Pty Ltd) to the Magistrates Court of Western Australia to seek orders to allow for the disposal of goods. Be advised that notice was provided to you on the 13th November 2014 that the vehicle 1BHY 772—Toyota Supra was ready for collection by you. Be further advised that a hearing will be held in the Magistrates Court at 15 Whitfield Street, Rockingham at 9.30am on the 2nd May 2017. Notice hereby given by Sherwood Hamer Pty Ltd pursuant to the Disposal of Goods Act 1970.
