Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12 june 2024, are required by the executor, sarah jane blaxill to send particulars of their claims to lewis kitson lawyers of level 1, 43 kishorn road, applecross in the state of western australia within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which she then has notice.
