In the matter of the estate of jocelyn lynette lockwood, late of aegis shoalwater, 72 fourth avenue, shoalwater in western australia, previously of 6/4 dowling street, rockingham in western australia, courier, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 july 2018, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, p.o. box 390, west perth, wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to fort knox legal by 30 january 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
