In the matter of the estate of jocelyn lynette lockwood, late of aegis shoalwater, [contact details redacted] 6/[contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 july 2018, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, [contact details redacted] of their claims to fort knox legal by 30 january 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
