In the matter of the estate of Julie Sandell late of Unit 5, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 January 2022 are required by the executor of the deceased Austin Sandell of [contact details redacted], to send the particulars of their claims to him within one month from the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
