Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late alice mary camarda late of 4 pistol street, spearwood, western australia, deceased, who died on 13/04/2024 are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being lisa angela camarda and fedele james camarda, both care of calm law, of 32c talbot avenue, como western australia 6152, to send particulars of their claims to them by one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
