Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council resolved to revoke the delegation instrument published on 23 February 1993 and delegate all powers, duties and functions arising under sections 73 and 74 of the Act to the Senior Manager Asset Management of the National Trust of Australia (WA), subject to conditions regarding advice, compliance with the Council’s policy, and impact assessment by a qualified heritage professional. This delegation comes into operation on the date this instrument is published.
