Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, James Hunter Rose, who died on 30 December 2019, or the estate of the deceased, Grace Catherine Rose (also known as Grace Kathleen Rose), who died on 1 January 2020, are required by the administrator/executor, David John Law, to send particulars of their claims to him care of EW Gray Lawyer, Post Office Box 317, Esperance WA 6450 on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator/executor may convey or distribute the respective assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
