In the matter of the estate of Terrance Mervyn Hine late of 5 Abelia Road, Treeby, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 10 February 2025, are required by the executor Manuel Muscat of 5/16 Mill Point Rd South Perth WA 6151, to send the particulars of their claim to him by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
