In the matter of the estate of wilhelmus johannes maria spanbroek, late of 26 holloways ridge, secret harbour in the state of western australia, hotel consultant, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 january 2020, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, [contact details redacted] of their claims to fort knox legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
