Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the late dorothy ellen elliott, who died on 18 may 2019, are required by the executor ian watson elliott to send particulars of their claim by the 24 march 2020, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regards only to the claims of which he then has notice and the executor will not be liable to any person of whose claim he has no notice at the time of distribution.
