Geraldton Cemetery Board resolved on 12th May, 2021 to make the Geraldton Cemetery Board By-Law 2021 under the powers conferred by the Cemeteries Act 1986. The Geraldton Cemetery Board By-Law 2001 as published in the Government Gazette on 24 August 2001 is repealed.
