Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims in respect of the Estate of Geoffrey James Thomas, late of Unit 2, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on [contact details redacted] John of God Hospital, Subiaco, aforesaid are required by Christine Wells, the Executrix, c/- Durey Legal of [contact details redacted] their claims to the Executrix by 30 September 2026 after which date the Executrix may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executrix then has notice.
