Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 31 december 2021, are required by the administrators mason christopher kitis and adele georgia fay kitis to send the particulars of their claims to mason christopher kitis of 11 graveney way, maddington, western australia and to adele georgia fay kitis of 4 westhaven drive, woodvale, western australia within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the said administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
