In the estate of Quinto Del Bianco late of 6 Hartley Street, Coolbellup in the State of Western Australia, forestry worker, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 June 2023, are required by the executor, Wayne Qunito Del Bianco of 27 Capwell Drive, Denham, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him at HFM Legal of PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
