Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of frank gordon taylor, who died on 19/03/2022 are required by the administrator of the estate to send particulars of their claims to the administrator, estate of late frank gordon taylor, 165 riseley street booragoon 6154, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
