Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Health Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2018. Part 2 — Food Regulations 2009 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Food Regulations 2009. 4. Regulations amended This Part amends the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011. 6. Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1 delete “175” (each occurrence) and insert: Part 4 — Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Regulations 1974 amended 7. Regulations amended This Part amends the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Regulations 1974. 1634 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 25 May 2018 8.
