HE302 Food Act 2008 Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 Health Services Act 2016 Private Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927 Human Reproductive Technology Act 1991 Radiation Safety Act 1975 Health Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018 Made by the Governor in Executive Council. Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Health Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2018. Part 2 — Food Regulations 2009 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Food Regulations 2009. 4. Schedule 2 replaced Delete Schedule 2 and insert: Schedule 2 — Prescribed fees [r. 52] Item Provision of Prescribed fee Food Act 2008 1. s. 82(3)(b) $205 2. s. 88(3)(b) $205 3. s. 94(3)(b) $210 4. s. 107(3) $72 5. s. 110(3)(c) $210 Part 3 — Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011 amended 5. Regulations amended This Part amends the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011. 6. Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1 delete “175” (each occurrence) and insert: Part 4 — Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Regulations 1974 amended 7. Regulations amended This Part amends the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Regulations 1974. 1634 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 25 May 2018 8. Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1 item 2(a) delete “56.00” and insert: 61.00 Part 5 — Health Services (Conduct and Traffic) Regulations 2016 amended 9. Regulations amended This Part amends the Health Services (Conduct and Traffic) Regulations 2016. 10. Schedule 1 amended (1) Delete the Table to Schedule 1 clause 5 and insert: Table Type of fee Fee Parking permit fee $3.80 per day, up to a maximum of $19.00 per week Removal and storage of vehicle fee (a) basic fee $50.00 plus (b) if vehicle is stored for more than 24 hours —
