Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person who died on 28th june 2025 are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being christopher john hunt, 21 princess road, doubleview, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
