I, Andrea Ndlovu, acting director adoption services and special guardian support team, out of home care, statewide services, department of communities, issue the following person with a licence to act as a contact and mediation licensee under sections 105 and 106 of the adoption act 1994 and subject to the adoption regulations 1995, the code of practice 1995 and conditions as stipulated for a period of five years—caroline joy de la harpe.
