Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) against the estate of the deceased who died on 2 september 2022 are required by the executors, dr janet machin and mr michael gerard daly of c/- cullen macleod lawyers, [contact details redacted] within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
