Revokes previous delegations dated 12 November 2024. Delegates powers under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 (WA) and related regulations to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration. The delegation does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers. None of the delegated powers can be further delegated.
