These rules amend the Lotteries Commission (Instant Lotteries) Rules 1996. Key changes include amendments to definitions, ticket identification, and procedures for claiming instant prizes. The commission may nominate a date on the Lotterywest website for when the commission will cease to issue tickets in a particular lot of tickets to an agent for sale irrespective of whether the commission has unsold books.
