Notice pursuant to sections 33, 25, and 24 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 to prevent bush fires within the Shire of Waroona. Details requirements for firebreaks on properties of varying sizes, restrictions on camp and cooking fires, and burning of garden waste. A penalty of up to $5,000 applies for non-compliance with the firebreak notice. Applications for variation to the firebreak notice must be submitted by 1 November.
