Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7th of october 2025, are required by executors to deliver particulars of their claims to peter may mcauliffe legal, [contact details redacted] (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
