Under section 12(1)(a) of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987, on 20 February 2023 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Dr Michael Theodore Schaper as the chairperson of the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia for a term commencing on 20 February 2023 and expiring on 31 January 2026. Under section 12(1)(b) of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987, on 20 February 2023 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Mr Colin Peter Murphy as a member of the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia for a term commencing on 1 April 2023 and expiring on 30 June 2025. Under section 12(1)(b) of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987, on 20 February 2023 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Katie Hodson-Thomas as a member of the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia for a term commencing on 1 January 2024 and expiring on 30 June 2025.
