These regulations amend the Firearms Regulations 1974. Amendments include definitions of 'firearm item', devices not considered firearms, and prohibited firearm accessories. Modifications to major firearm parts and corresponding firearms prohibition orders are prescribed. Various regulations are amended regarding forms, licences, permits, and disposal of firearm items.
