Dr Gayatri Jape is appointed as a member to the Perinatal and Infant Mortality Committee under section 340AB(3)(c)(i) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA) for a term of 3 years commencing on 7 November 2022. Mrs Zoe Jayne Islip is appointed as a member to the Perinatal and Infant Mortality Committee under section 340AB(3)(i) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA) for a term of 3 years commencing on 7 November 2022.
