Amends the electricity industry exemption order 2005, changing the date in clause 19(4) from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2024.

This order is the electricity industry exemption amendment order 2021. Clauses 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. This order amends the electricity industry exemption order 2005. In clause 19(4) delete โ30 june 2021.โ and insert: 30 june 2024.
