This order is the electricity industry exemption amendment order 2021. Clauses 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. This order amends the electricity industry exemption order 2005. In clause 19(4) delete “30 june 2021.” and insert: 30 june 2024.
