Published under section 274(5) of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020. The undersigned Minister for Industrial Relations, acting in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 274(1) of the said Act, do hereby approve the following code of practice— (i) Code of Practice: Managing electrical risks in the workplace, 2025. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
