Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Colin Prior, deceased, late of 23 Haddrill Street, Bayswater 6053, Western Australia, who died on 23 April 2023, are required to send particulars of their claims to the Executor of the estate, Gary Leslie Prior of 8A Ellesmere Road, Mount Lawley 6050, Western Australia within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice of.
