Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 17 August 2020 and published in the Government Gazette dated 21 August 2020 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 16 August 2024. Locality: Lake Kepwari in the Collie Mineral Field. Land designated S19/399. Area of Land: 220.50 hectares.
