In the estate of Clare Margaret Thorpe, late of Peter Arney Home, 1 Gentilli Way, Salter Point, Western Australia 6152, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 October 2016 are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being Michelle Margaret Barrow and Gregory James Barrow to send particulars of their claims addressed to WL & KJ Everett, po box 295, Subiaco wa 6904 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
