Replaces previous guideline rates for owner-drivers with new provisional rates for August 2020, based on vehicle type and fuel costs.

The rates published on 6 December 2019 and 2 October 2018 in the Government Gazette are revoked and replaced with the following guideline rates. Provisional rates for August 2020 are provided for metropolitan and regional areas based on diesel fuel costs. Table A rates are based on new vehicles; Table B rates are based on vehicles 5 years old. The above rates have been approved by the Road Freight Transport Industry Council.
