Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 24 November 2010 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 23 November 2026. Locality: Approximately 180km east of Geraldton. Description of Land: Land designated S19/322 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
