Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the Town of Victoria Park. Pursuant to the powers conferred in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required on or before the 31st October 2020, or within fourteen (14) days of the date you become the owner or occupier should this be after the 31st day of October 2020 and thereafter up to and including the 30th day of April 2021, to clear inflammable matter, on land owned and/or occupied by you.
