Notice is hereby given that the Western Australian Planning Commission has resolved to revoke planning control area 124, land identified for the Kenwick Rail Freight Facility pursuant to section 113 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, and that the Minister for Planning has granted approval to the revocation. The revocation of planning control area 124 is affective from the date of this notice in the Government Gazette.
