Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 august 2020, are required by the personal representative, scott wilkie inglis of 1/1 edwards crescent, redcliffe, western australia, 6104, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 24th day of may 2021, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
