These regulations are the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2023. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on 1 July 2023. These regulations amend the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Regulations 2022.
