Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director Resource Tenure, varies the exemption of land from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978 originally declared on 21 December 2021 and published in the Government Gazette dated 28 January 2022 by varying the description and extends the exemptions of land for a period of two years expiring on 21 December 2027.
