Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the late Edward Hughes of Bedingfield Lodge, 4 Bedingfield Road, Pinjarra, Western Australia, who died on 28 April 2016, are required by the personal representative Christopher Edward Hughes to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor, estate of the late Edward Hughes care of Slater & Gordon Ltd, 7th floor, 32 St Georges Terrace, Perth wa 6000 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
