Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 november 2023, are required by the executors erica gillian sheridan and bronwyn alice croft to send the particulars of their claims to e. sheridan [contact details redacted] 1 month from the date of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
