In the matter of the estate of Patricia Anne Mansfield, late of City of Bayswater Hostel, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, retired administration officer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 December 2020, are required by the executor Steven Charles Mansfield, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia, by 4 June 2021, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
