Pursuant to section 27(2) of the industry and technology development act 1998, i, the minister of the crown to whom the administration of that act is for the time being committed by the governor, revoke notice mp401 published in the government gazette on 20 november 2007. This action revokes the ‘technology park’ declaration for the following area of land— plan 220985—lot 4407 / reserve 24727 / folio 984 / volume lr3117
