This order is the Dog (Town of Victoria Park – Extension of Powers) Order 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. The extended area is to be regarded as being within the district of the Town of Victoria Park; and the provisions of the Act apply as if the extended area were within the district.
