In the matter of the estate of Jason Michael Iacusso of 23 Latina Circuit, Prestons in the State of New South Wales (formerly of 25a Geddes Street, Victoria Park in the State of Western Australia) deceased (deceased). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 6th day of February 2017, are required by the administrator , Milena Filomena Iacusso, to send the particulars of their claim to 25a Geddes Street, Victoria Park Western Australia by the 21st day of April 2018, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
