Kristian Hartley Dawson, executive director, resource tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 1 April 2014 and published in the government gazette dated 11 April 2014 for the area described hereunder from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 31 march 2024.
