Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 26 march 2025, are required by the administrators sophie jane lushey and rikki anne lushey to send the particulars of their claims to rikki anne lushey and sophie jane lushey of 8b bruce street, north fremantle, western australia within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
