Empire Oil Company is exempt from section 6(1) of the Act relating to the maximum Wobbe Index for the DBNGP, subject to conditions: maximum Wobbe Index not exceeding 52.8, and gas supply not exceeding 20 terajoules per gas day. The exemption ceases on 31 December 2022.
