In the estate of Timothy Daniel Moran, late of 110 Gaston Road, Bullsbrook, Western Australia, information technology technician, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on or before the 17th day of December 2016, are required by the personal representative Jacqueline Ruth Moran of 110 Gaston Road, Bullsbrook, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to her by the 22nd day of July 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
