Creditors and other persons having a claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 15th day of February 2018, are required to send particulars of their claim to the executor, Pamela Stevenson, 18a Orchid Street, Joondanna wa 6060 by the 18th day of July 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
